Recipies

Eggs Scrambled

For one person: 

2 eggs 
10 ml butter 
Salt and pepper 
15 ml milk or cream 

Mix all ingrediants EXCEPT the butter. 
Melt the butter in a pan.
Pour in the mixed ingrediants and cook over low heat.
Stir gently until the eggs are creamy and soft.
